WE COULD REALLY USE YOUR HELP 

There are many activities and events at our school, providing numerous opportunities to volunteer.  Whether it is helping to wash fruit for our fruit and veggie program, handing out pizza and Subway sandwiches on Pizza Day and  Subway Day, taking photos at events for the yearbook, or being a crosswalk attendant for the our fundraising event - Walkathon, it takes volunteers to make it all possible. 

Volunteering is a great way to meet other parents, influence the school environment, and support students, teachers and school administrators. Most volunteer positions on committees can be shared, so if you and a friend would like to work together — you’re welcome to do so!

One exciting event we’re eager to bring back is the School Spring Fair. Although we haven’t hosted it in the past few years, students are enthusiastic about reviving this cherished tradition. The Spring Fair is a fantastic opportunity for community engagement, featuring fun games, exciting activities, and delicious food. To make this event a success, we need more volunteers and individuals to take on leadership roles. Your involvement will help create a memorable experience for students and families alike.

Yearbook Coordinator
Our school is researching a platform that will help streamline this and could provide our children with an invaluable treasure from their years with our community. If you would be interested in learning about the company and what hours would be required as our Yearbook Coordinator, we would be delighted to have your support. I miss seeing the cover art submissions!

Lunch Helpers for Hot Lunch Days (more volunteers needed)
Pick up and distribute pizza, sushi, sandwiches & drinks to students on hot lunch days
Commitment:  30 minutes on each Hot Lunch day between 11:45am – 12:15pm
Duration: Sept - June

Other events coming up that will require more volunteers may include Popcorn Sales, Movie nights, Clothing Drive and Walkathon just to mention a few.  Call letters for volunteers will be announced closer to the date of the events. At this time we call all parents and guardians to help us bring fresh ideas and revive past events.
