Direct Drive Fundraiser is now Underway! It is our most important fundraiser where the money collected is used directly in our school and towards your children! We are fundraising to continue many popular activities held at the school, including school wide skating, classroom spending funds for every teacher in the school, playground project, and so much more.
Our goal this year is $5,000! Everyone’s contribution is needed and appreciated. All the details have been sent home via e-mail, and new this year, your donations can all be made online through School Cash Online. The 2019 tax receipts for online donations will be issued immediately under your profile for any and all sized donation amounts. Check your inboxes and a friendly reminder, all contributions are due by Wed, November 20th (latest). Our direct link is below.
Thank you for your ongoing support of our school!

Parents Helping Parents
NEW SECTION ON OUR BULLETIN BOARD
Are you looking for a reliable sitter? Do you need help with drop offs or pick-ups? Please feel free to post your information under the, "Parent Helping Parent", heading on the PAC Bulletin Board by the office. Include the date and all the necessary information for another parent to contact you and help you out. PAC will take care of refreshing the postings every month. Happy posting!
Munch a Lunch
Our first Lunch offering was a success! To our devoted group of grade 7 volunteers and army of parent volunteers, thank you for making yourself available to help! There are sign up sheets on the PAC bulletin board if you are free Fridays from 11:45-12:45 to help.
To all those ordering: if you miss the deadline (happens to all of us), a kind reminder that there’s another offering the next week. To meet the
deadline, orders must be received AND PAID FOR seven days in
advance. Thank you to everyone for your support!
Hot lunch dates are up on Munch a Lunch for the Fall session and ordering is now open. A reminder that order cutoff dates for hot lunch are 7 days prior to the lunch date and Popcorn orders require 14 days prior.
*** Please note: If possible, please place orders for all available dates in one transaction. This will cut down transaction fees, and help keep more profits for our students. Thanks.
We are always looking for volunteers for hot lunch days. If you are able to help out, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up.
Have you returned your CASL form?
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (‘CASL’) came into effect on July 1, 2014. This means the PAC will require your permission and consent to send you emails, electronic newsletters, etc. In order for you to receive PAC information via email, please complete your form and return it to your child’s classroom teacher as soon as possible.
